SharkNinja renews This Morning sponsorship
June 14, 2024
ITV has announced that product design and technology company, SharkNinja, has renewed its headline sponsorship of ITV1’s This Morning until 2025.
The established partnership will showcase both Shark and Ninja brands, building its reach across broadcast, digital, app, social, bespoke content, licensing, experiential, and product placement. The deal was brokered by ITV’s Commercial team with agency MG OMD.
SharkNinja idents will be shown around content across ITV1, STV and ITVX, as well as around short-form programme content on both ITV and STV’s websites. SharkNinja’s sponsorship idents have already reached over 22 million UK viewers to date (up to April 30th 2024), including 45 per cent of all women and 46 per cent of housepersons.
In the This Morning kitchen, a variety of Ninja products will be product placed, including the new Ninja Double Stack XL Airfryer, for the show’s chefs to use in cookery features.
Alongside broadcast, the partnership will live across the official This Morning social media accounts with branded content. The This Morning app will also be fully sponsored by SharkNinja.
The sponsorship also includes licensing rights for SharkNinja to associate with This Morning across its own platforms as well as an experiential package.
Lorna Brown, VP Marketing EMEA, SharkNinja said: “We are so pleased to continue our sponsorship of This Morning. SharkNinja is obsessed with developing affordable innovation that delights consumers. This Morning has shown it is an ideal partner to help us showcase innovative products across Shark Clean, Shark Beauty, Ninja Kitchen, and Ninja Outdoor range.
