Friend MTS appoints Ezard as CPO

Friend MTS, a provider of video content security solutions, has announced that Jill Ezard, an expert in company strategy and change management for technology firms, is joining as Chief People Officer (CPO). Ezard will lead Friend MTS’s cultural change and initiatives to introduce more effective ways of working as the company meets its ambitious growth targets. The creation of this new position follows the appointment of Simon Thornberry as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in February as Friend MTS continues to build out its executive team.
Ezard’s previous roles include Chief HR Officer at Foundry and at Volex, and as Global Director of HR at Pace for seven years. At Foundry, a privately funded software firm, Ezard drove company strategy with responsibility for reorganisation and cultural change, resulting in a refocus of the business that led to a successful sale.
